Description
The demonstrator presents a use case in which a leading automotive manufacturer wants to reduce the time its machines take to produce its parts. To do this, we capture data from their CNCs at high frequency and using artificial intelligence we create an algorithm that analyzes the machining cycle, detecting areas where optimizations can be applied.
Innovative aspects
- Use exclusively of data obtained from the CNC at high frequency (<25ms)
- SmartBox – Travel Case connection. Edge Computing
- Intuitive web interface that allows: select the cycle to analyze, filter by tool, view improvement points, view improvement time statistics, analyze tool change times, etc
- AI module learns how each tool behaves in each operation
