SUMMARY:Conferencia Proyecto EAGLE: Retos en competencias digitales en las pymes
DESCRIPTION:La ciudad de Burgos será sede de la Conferencia EAGLE\, un evento de carácter europeo centrado en los “Retos en competencias digitales en las Pymes”\, integrado en el proyecto EAGLE\, en el que participa DIHBU.\n\nPara quienes buscan comprender y adaptarse a los rápidos cambios digitales que transforman el entorno profesional y empresarial\, este evento resulta una cita imprescindible.\nEsta jornada busca abordar los desafíos que enfrentan las pequeñas y medianas empresas (PYMEs) en su proceso de transformación digital\, así como la necesidad de desarrollar competencias digitales clave.\n  \n  \nLa jornada contará con la participación de personalidades destacadas\, como el presidente de la Confederación de Asociaciones Empresariales de Burgos (FAE)\, el rector de la Universidad de Burgos\, el Director General de Telecomunicaciones y Administración Digital de la Junta de Castilla y León y la alcaldesa de Burgos. \n  \nEl discurso de apertura estará a cargo de Luis Ignacio Vicente de Olmo\, CIO de nuestro socio ABB\, y Consejero Estratégico de Pons IP\, quien reflexionará sobre “Los retos en transformación digital y habilidades digitales que enfrentan las PYMEs” \n  \nLa conferencia incluirá dos mesas redondas que abordarán temas fundamentales del panorama digital actual: \n\n Business Intelligence y Análisis de Datos: Expertos de empresas como CSA – Centro de Servicios Avanzados\, Aciturri Aeronáutica e ITCL Centro Tecnológico explorarán cómo fomentar la cultura del dato\, garantizar la formación en competencias digitales\, impulsar la innovación empresarial y optimizar los procesos.\nNuevas Profesiones Digitales y Retos STEM: Se analizarán los principales desafíos de estudiar y trabajar en áreas STEM\, incluyendo la exigencia académica\, la complejidad tecnológica\, la actualización constante y la vinculación de los estudios con las necesidades del mercado laboral. DESCRIPTION:The city of Burgos will host the EAGLE Conference\, a European event focused on «Challenges in digital skills in SMEs»\, integrated into the EAGLE project\, in which DIHBU participates.\nFor those seeking to understand and adapt to the rapid digital changes that transform the professional and business environment\, this event is a must-see.\nThis conference aims to address the challenges faced by small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in their digital transformation process\, as well as the need to develop key digital skills.\n  \n  \nThe conference will include the participation of leading figures such as the president of the Confederation of Business Associations of Burgos (FAE)\, the rector of the University of Burgos\, the Director-General for Telecommunications and Digital Administration of the Junta de Castilla y León and the Mayor of Burgos.   \n  \nThe opening speech will be given by Luis Ignacio Vicente de Olmo\, CIO of our partner ABB\, and Strategic Advisor of Pons IP\, who will reflect on «The challenges in digital transformation and digital skills faced by SMEs»   \n  \nThe conference will include two round tables which will address key issues in today’s digital landscape: \n\nBusiness Intelligence and Data Analysis: Experts from companies such as CSA – Centro de Servicios Avanzados\, Aciturri Aeronáutica and ITCL Centro Tecnológico will explore how to promote the culture of data\, ensure training in digital skills\, To drive business innovation and optimise processes.\nNew Digital Professions and STEM Challenges: The main challenges of studying and working in STEM areas will be discussed\, including academic demand\, technological complexity\, constant updating and linking studies to labour market needs.
